We has been designing and manufacturing some of the world's most dynamic and interesting audio/video furniture since 1988. Improving overall sound quality and interaction between components is a main consideration in our designs.

PRO-1.5 AUDIO RACK SERIES
The PRO-1.5 Series are built with 1 1/2" steel corner columns that can be filled with sand for vibration dampening. Open air design keeps components very cool, and customer can choose number of shelves and spacing before unit is fabricated.

TRI-#PRO-6 AUDIO RACK
Our new 3 legged component rack is designed for maximum isolation and vibration dampening using the same construction as our Pro-Stand line. Three different gauges of steel are used in fabrication. Inner rack has 3 optional shelf choices: High Pressure Laminate, 3/8" Plate Glass and our new 3/4" Cracked Glass Shelf for maximum dampening and aesthetic elegance.

I-BEAM COFFEE TABLE#5000-1 AUDIO CONSOLE
These designs demonstrates our unique Cross Truss Supports for stability, rigidity and esthetics. Each truss is milled from 3/4 inch steel tube.When welded in place, truss gives the appearance of molded steel.

I-BEAM EXECUTIVE DESK
I-Beam series makes a bold architectural statement. Black 3-inch I-beam columns with hand brushed cold rolled steel cross bars support thick glass plate shelves and 3/4-inch laminated surfaces.

1010 SPEAKER STANDS
TV table designs have such features as 360 degrees swivel tops, twin wheel locking casters or aluminum isolation tips. Accompanying speaker stands are always an option.

This unique design features Pro-Stand construction with 1 - 7" component shelf and 3 lower record compartments. This model comes with table top loading grommets so lead shot or sand can be used as filler for maximum stability.

What is your shipping policy?
Factory 15 offers free shipping for all orders sent to addresses in the Continental United States (Lower 48). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged the actual cost of shipping, with no other handling charges added. Factory 15 does not currently accept international orders. However, once we decide to offer that service, the shipping will, again, be the actual cost of shipping. Unless there are reasons to do otherwise, Factory 15 ships all orders FedEx Ground. Faster shipping methods are available at actual cost.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Some orders ship the next day, however, some orders take 1-2 weeks to ship depending on our current inventory.

What is your return policy?
Factory 15 wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for 30 days if you are not happy with your merchandise. We will refund your full purchase price provided the following conditions are met: The product must be shipped in new, undamaged condition and sent in the original carton and packing with all paperwork and shipping prepaid. Returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authoriztion) number. Call 1-800-331-6033 to get your RMA. No products will be accepted without this number.

What is the warranty on your products?
Factory 15 warrants all of its merchandise for 1 year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a problem, contact us either by phone or email and we will make it right.

What is your privacy policy on my personal information?
We at Factory 15 believe that your personal, private information is just that; personal and private. To that end, we do not sell, give away, or otherwise provide your information to any other entity for any reason. Personal information that you provide to us will only be used for processing and shipping your order and verifying that you are happy with your product.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically for orders shipping to the 48 contiguous US States. Charges for all other destinations must be manually obtained. Please call or email customer service with your product ID and your zip code and we will be happy to quote you shipping costs. We are not responsible for any misquotes automatically generated by the Yahoo Store checkout. Also, not all products can be shipped outside these 48 US States.
Effective immediately there will be a surcharge on all Canadian orders of $50. This is above and beyond the stated shipping charges.

Merchandise Returns
There is a 30 day money back guarantee on most products.
All returns must be coordinated with Customer Service. A Request for RGA form must be obtained prior to sending products back. This will ensure the proper and prompt credit for your merchandise.
Product must be received back in new and unused condition in its original packaging and complete with all hardware, manuals and warranty cards where appropriate.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, products returned incomplete or without prior authorization will receive no credit. Products which have been used, assembled or installed are NOT returnable.
